Return Policy


Thank you for shopping at D’Vine Boutique. We want all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.  If you are not satisfied, we want to make your shopping experience the best it can be. Below you will find how to return or exchange your item. 


  • When returning or exchanging your item, it must be in original condition, unused, unworn and with tags attached within 14 days of the package’s arrival.  Please include the original receipt with your item and tell us why you are returning or exchanging the item by filling out our Return Form.
  • SALE items cannot be returned/exchanged and are FINAL SALE.
  • All jewelry is FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
  • Please allow 14 days for your full refund to be credited to you or your exchange to be shipped to you.
  • If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days to be eligible for your refund or exchange.  We want to sort out any problems we have caused you.
  • Shipping costs can be costly and we want to eliminate the hassle.  All exchanges will be shipped at a flat rate of $4.99 and will be the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a mistake.
  • We urge all customers to be extremely careful when opening their packages, as we are not responsible for the items once they leave our store.  As all merchandise is inspected before it is shipped to you.
